Our Leadership Team

Pawel Molenda, CEO

Pawel spent over 25 years in technology companies where he held various positions from software engineer to senior management. He managed software development centers for IBM, Motorola and Sabre with responsibility for delivering multimillion-dollar projects. He was a happy customer of Edge1s under Lukasz leadership and decided to join Lukasz and Dagmara to build a company whose main goal is to excel in delivery of quality technology solutions to NA clients.

Lukasz Czernecki, VP Business Development

Experienced executive, entrepreneur and investor, Lukasz focuses on technology innovation and startups. After many years of successful corporate career (Nestle and PepsiCo) he started his own technology company, Edge1s, built it into a multimillion-dollar revenue business before merging it with Euvic Group, where he is currently a Board Member. He is also founder and CEO of Edulab company which focuses on acceleration of technology startups in Poland.

Dagmara Strzebicka, VP Customer Success

With her many years of experience in the tech startups and venture capital sector, Dagmar is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and partners. Her interests and expertise are in business modeling, portfolio management, investment readiness, startup management, market due diligence, investment process, public speaking and science and innovation commercialization. She is also Portfolio Director in Edulab, part of the Euvic Group.
